I led a year-long email and SMS campaign initiative for Parker’s Barbecue, overseeing both the development of promotions and the creation of all related content. In addition to managing seasonal deals, I revamped their welcome flow by segmenting customers for a more personalized experience. One notable campaign was a fall-themed sale inspired by Prime Day, main copy featured below. This campaign achieved a 33% open rate, a 1.21% click rate, and generated over $4,000 in revenue.
